BOA Variants

The basic machine includes electronic pressurized crossing box 4 to 12” ready for ultrahigh speeds with all parameters regulable by touch screen PLC and with knot Yes/No system at choice. This variants are:

Touch Screen PLC

For adjusting all parameters and create recipes, protected by corresponding password. Recipes contain: 1/winding control (by diameter or by meters and the number of coils to be made), 2/ time control (like time of the bobbin in formation or remaining the total number of bobbins programmed); 3/ thread fixation control (number of bobbins automatically that can be made with glue or staples the machine is having); 4/ the winding settings menu (end of bobbin, number of crossings in the bobbin, which can be made for reducing bobbin winding time in subprograms , variation of the pitch or or yarn thickness separation, speeds and braking curves). ALL CONNECTABLE to ERP (SAP) and though Internet to the manufacturer for technical assistance and program updates).

Fences & Protective Door

The machine incorporates an integral safety protection as optional which can be raised very easily for free access. In operation, the protection is lowered and there is a door in front of the bobbin in formation with upper hinges that make it rise automatically when the bobbin is automatically extracted. Security is complete.

Brake Cage-Protected

These rollers are where the thread is slowed down through its regulation in the PLC. Before it there is a mechanism to accept or not accept the knots in the final bobbin. The system optionally comes in a box with a door and vacuum cleaner for those Raffia or natural fibbers that creates excessive dust.

Connection Plate for Unlimited Supply Acomulator Function

The BOA produces unlimitedly as long as yarn is given. This plate connects 3 bobbins from ring twister with up to 25 Kg of yarn each, total 75 Kg (CODINA Ring Twisters) or less from other brands in inclination degree to the center. Each bobbin has tail end reserve, which connects end of a bobbin with the beginning of the other. Even with small bobbins, with this gadget while bobbin number 3 is replaced, the other 2 give yarn and the winder never stops.
